GPL Store deals exclusively in digital products such as themes, plugins, templates, software tools, and digital subscriptions. Since all products are delivered electronically, exchanges are limited and subject to strict eligibility.
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange request may only be considered in the following situations:
- If the product file is corrupted and cannot be accessed
- If the wrong product is delivered due to a system or human error
- If the delivered product is completely non-functional due to technical issues
24-Hour Exchange Request Window
Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this time period will not be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
Non-Exchangeable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your hosting server or third-party software
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Requests after the 24-hour exchange window
- Discounted, promotional, or free products
- Subscription services once activated
Exchange Process
If your exchange request is found to be eligible, we may either:
- Replace the same product with a working version, or
- Offer an alternative product of equal value
No cash refunds will be issued in exchange scenarios unless explicitly approved under our Refund Policy.

Exchange Processing Time
Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement product or alternative access will be provided within 3 to 7 business days.
