Digital Products – No Automatic Refunds
All products sold on GPL Store are digital products and are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital downloads and instant access, we do not offer automatic refunds once a product has been delivered.
24-Hour Order Verification Process
After you complete a purchase, your order goes through a manual verification process. Once verification is completed, your purchased product files and assets are delivered to the email address you provided during checkout. This process may take up to 24 hours.
If 24 hours have not yet passed since your purchase, we kindly request you to wait before contacting us regarding your order status.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:
- If the product has a proven technical issue and does not work as described
- If the product file is corrupt and cannot be downloaded or accessed
- If the product is mistakenly delivered as the wrong item
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Compatibility issues with third-party themes, plugins, or servers
- Requests made after the product files have already been delivered
- Discounted or promotional purchases
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your case is eligible for a refund, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your product.

Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved after proper verification, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
