Digital Products – No Physical Returns
GPL Store exclusively sells digital products such as GPL themes, plugins, templates, tools, and subscriptions. Since no physical goods are shipped, traditional product returns are not applicable.
No Return After Delivery
Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, it cannot be returned. Digital files cannot be revoked, recollected, or resold once accessed.
Order Verification & Delivery Window
All orders are manually verified before delivery. This verification process may take up to 24 hours. Product access is provided only after successful verification.
Requests for return before delivery will not be accepted while the order is under verification.
Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
- Product has already been delivered or accessed
- User purchased the product by mistake
- Product does not meet personal expectations
- User lacks technical knowledge to use the product
- Compatibility issues with hosting, themes, or third-party plugins
- Discounted, promotional, or limited-time offers
Incorrect or Defective Delivery
If you receive an incorrect product or experience a genuine technical issue that prevents usage, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
In such cases, we will attempt to:
- Provide the correct product
- Replace corrupted or broken files
- Offer technical assistance where applicable
These cases are handled under our Refund Policy, not as product returns.
